Your profile:

• Completed studies in the natural sciences or medical sector (master's degree or state examination)
• Completed PhD is an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial project management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MDR, ISO14155, ICH-GCP, DiGAV)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Profound knowledge of the usual programs
• Fluent in German and English

Your tasks:

• Risk-based planning and execution of digital clinical investigations
• Development of study documents
• Application for approval or approving evaluation of the clinical investigation by the higher federal authority/ethics committee(s) and other authorities involved
• Writing reports and publications
• Systematic literature searches and evaluations
• Digital control of test centers
• Data analysis and reporting
• Proactive coordination and monitoring of project processes
• Monetary and time budget planning and monitoring
• Support for the central risk and quality management system for quality assurance and quality control of clinical trials
• Training and supervision of students (doctoral theses) and trainees
