Department management is responsible for administration and personnel as well as technical responsibility for administrative staff.

 tasks:

• Responsibility for the efficient organization and coordination of administrative processes
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and quality standards
• Management and development of the administrative team
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize processes

 requisitions:

• Completed studies in business administration, administrative sciences, administrative digitization or comparable
• Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Profound knowledge in developing and implementing administrative strategies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented way of working and leadership skills
• Willingness to innovate and interest in digital technologies
